And while I pack my products with as much care as I create them, sometimes damage occurs during shipping.

Just drop me a note here or give me a call at 703-297-6150 within 5 days of delivery.

(I will ask for a photo of the damage so I can file a claim with the shipper.)

You can expect a replacement within a few days at no additional charge (or an immediate refund if a replacement is not available).
