Enchanted Botanicals' Shipping Policy

We do our best to process your orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders that include a custom item (such as a Custom Energy Spray or Faery Chimes) can take an extra week or more, depending on the amount of orders received.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The various shipping options are detailed at checkout. 

Orders between $100 and $149.99 are available to be shipped for $10.

Orders between $150 and $199.99 are available to be shipped for $12.

Orders over $200 are available to ship free.

Please look over the various options and select the option that saves you the most money.

Local Order Pickup

Skip the shipping fees with local order pickup. Simply select this option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship to international destinations but request that you contact us first so that we may find the best shipping option for you.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Enchanted Botanicals LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and such charges are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@enchanted-botanicals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please NOTE: Shipping times may be longer during holiday seasons.
