Enchanted Botanicals
Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Hi there,

 

I love my customers and am always happy to share Enchanted Botanicals   products with new shops!

 

Below are my brief terms and conditions. 

 

1. Minimum Order Value

The minimum opening order for new wholesale accounts is $400. The minimum reorder amount is $250.

2. How to Place an Order

 

  • At this time, you must submit your order through email or phone. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email invoice through Square, which you may pay directly online. Credit terms are not available, and orders must be prepaid before they ship.

  • Please email your order to Hello@Enchanted-Botanicals.com or call 703.297.6150 to place your order directly with me.

3. Suggested Retail Pricing

Products purchased from Enchanted Botanicals   shall only be sold at the suggested retail price or above (a range is given on the Net Price List). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below the suggested retail price. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to and approved by Enchanted Botanicals.

 

4. Wholesale Pricing 

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive up to 50% off the suggested retail price, plus the cost of shipping. A 50% discount is not automatic nor guaranteed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Returns

Return requests must be made in writing directly to Enchanted Botanicals within 7 days of delivery date quoting the invoice number and the reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport from Enchanted Botanicals.

The Wholesale Account is responsible for return shipping. 

A 20% restocking fee (plus return shipping) will be charged for all returned orders.

6. Payments

Your order must be prepaid before it ships. As stated in (2) above, once you submit your order request, you will receive an email with a Square invoice that you can pay directly online. If you prefer, I can send you an invoice through Paypal.

7. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Based on your order, I will ship via USPS or UPS.

 

8. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact me at Hello@Enchanted-Botanicals.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after receipt.

9. Delivery Window 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for your order to ship. While I generally ship within a couple of days, all Enchanted Botanicals products are made in small batches and magic cannot be rushed. However, if you have a "need by" date, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make it happen.

10. International Orders

I will be happy to work with international Wholesale Accounts. However, you must designate a US shipping agency for me to ship to (within the US). Due to Customs regulations and the cost of shipping my products, the most efficient way for you to receive your order is through a shipping agency.
