Wanna know the truth?
It takes courage to be kind.
I’m talking genuine, authentic, real, from the heart kindness.
Being kind is a skill that takes empathy, intention, and practice.
But it can also come from the heart in a flash. Instinctively and divinely inspired.
(“Pettiness, jealousy, and throwing ‘darts’ is not a good look on anyone,” she whispered.)
Inspiring others with positivity and kindness is a legit courageous act.
It’s a choice.
Life can be tough, and it takes bravery to set aside our personal yucks and instead hold out a hand to someone else.
Kindness means expending energy and effort and caring. It means suspending judgments and accepting people as they are. For WHO they are.

If you’re reading this, then I know YOU know the difference a few words of kindness can make in someone’s life.
“You glow in that color…”
“I’m here. Tell me how I can help…”
“Don’t worry, I’ve got it…”
Here’s the best part — WHAT IF your words or actions nudge someone to pursue their dreams or overcome a challenge? Just because you took a moment to care.
I mean,
So, do not — let me REPEAT this — do NOT underestimate your chance to make the world a better place, one encouraging word or act at a time.
When we practice kindness and show up for each other, we connect our energies and become a force for good!
And the world sure needs more of that.
The world needs more of YOU.
